To be registered with the PGSS; a member should be:

• A postgraduate student who has been registered under the Research and Higher Degrees Committee (RHDC), Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo;

OR

• Any other postgraduate student formally enrolled at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo, and pursuing a UGC-approved postgraduate course of Sri Lanka Qualification Framework (SLQF) level 8 or above and with a course duration of at least 12 months.

To become a member of the Postgraduate Students’ Society, please follow these steps:

1. Complete Membership Form: Fill out the official membership form available for download on our website.
2. Attach Enrollment Proof: Ensure to include evidence of your enrollment in postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo.
3. Membership Fee Payment: Submit the receipt of your membership fee payment along with the form and enrollment evidence.
4. Send Your Documents: Email the completed membership form, enrollment proof, and payment receipt to the society’s official email address: pgss@med.cmb.ac.lk.
