The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Biological/ Health Sciences, Biotechnology, Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science or Bachelor of Medicine from a recognized university
Or
Any other relevant qualification acceptable to the Senate of the University of Colombo and Any other requirement stipulated in the relevant Master’s Degree programme
Admission Process:
- Candidates who are selected from the entry qualifications will be call for a selection examination which has a written component and an interview.
- Overall marks of 50% or more in the above examination will be considered as a pass mark.
- Candidates selected to follow the Course on the basis of their academic merit and the performance at the selection examination.
- In the event of candidates registered for the course is not sufficient for the course to be financially viable, the faculty reserves the right not to conduct the course. In such circumstances the university may repay any fees already received.
