  • Introduce definitions and commonly used ‘buzz words’ when talking about Implementation Science.
  • Make sense of the commonly used theories, models and frameworks that are used in implementation science.
  • Understand that implementation strategies are typically introduced into complex environments, and this can greatly influence outcomes.
2. Problem Identification
  • Discuss the different stages in a life cycle of a project and the importance of stakeholder engagement.
  • Understand the importance of problem analysis as a key initial step in addressing an implementation challenge.
  • Introduce a range of tools (from simple to complex) to systematically define problems.
3. Intervention Design
