Module	Learning outcomes
1. Introduction to Implementation Science	Introduce definitions and commonly used ‘buzz words’ when talking about Implementation Science. Make sense of the commonly used theories, models and frameworks that are used in implementation science. Understand that implementation strategies are typically introduced into complex environments, and this can greatly influence outcomes.
2. Problem Identification	Discuss the different stages in a life cycle of a project and the importance of stakeholder engagement. Understand the importance of problem analysis as a key initial step in addressing an implementation challenge. Introduce a range of tools (from simple to complex) to systematically define problems.
3. Intervention Design	Develop logic models that link the problem, interventions and desired outcomes for an implementation project. Understand the importance of holistic considerations and involvement of end users in the design of an intervention or implementation program. Learn how to use specific implementation frameworks to guide the design of interventions.
4. Evaluation	Understand the importance of evaluation and different types of evaluation approaches. Revisit the use of a logic model to develop and track outcome measures of interest. Understand the principles of impact evaluation, process evaluation and economic evaluation.
